- Your phone model and Android version.
- The app version (shown at the bottom of Settings in the app).
- What happened, and the name of the audio if it is about one.
Please do not send card, UPI or bank details. We never need them.
Subscriptions and refunds
Subscriptions are billed by Google Play. To cancel, follow the steps on Subscription and cancellation. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy.
